    20# lighter on ohs to work speed.
    150 singles, rolled my right ankle after 1st run.

    If anyone is keeping score… both ankles have been rolled 5 months apart.

    • After much contemplating (haha), I have realized that I accidentally did Rx+ on the DLs at 170#.
      I am incapable of doing math inside those 4 walls. 🙂
