    This is a 2:20min PR from just 7wks ago when I did this the day after Thanksgiving where I indulged in sweets way too much and had kinda been letting my nutrition slip for a few weeks prior. Solid nutrition plan since Thanksgiving and now my body is feeling and moving much better!!

    I’m so proud of my hubby for jumping in and struggling through the wod with me today. Those burpees were the worst! Well, besides the running and K2E.

    I’m definitely going to miss seeing all your faces every day but will come visit soon!!
