Conditioning:

Option 1:

Every 2 minutes on the minute, perform 1 round of the following until failure to complete:

1 Squat Clean (85% 1RM)

10m Sprint

3 Chest-2-Bar Pull-ups

10m Sprint

1 Burpee-over-bar*

*Every round add 1 burpee.

 

Option 2:

    made to 12 burpees and quit at 6:30

  2. Stopped at 30min as I figured that was enough volume pre 20.5. round of 16 and got 21 burpees that round, 93#

  3. Made it through to 15 burpees in round 16.
