    Part 1: only got the first 30 reps but I did it completely Rx. I finally got kipping pullups!!!!!! Weird that it came from burpee pullups but I’ll take it!

    Part 2: 2 rounds
    Used 2 abmats for hspu
    Gotta ramp up my core work.

    Also, allergies + GHDs are terrible.
