    PLU broken up in 5s some 4-3-6
    Last round 10-5-3-2
    150 PU were NOT fun!!!

    Not a PR, but that was the most PLU I have done since surgery! I will take a 3:00 off PR on Barbara post-rotator cuff surgery.

    Strong work all those that did Barbara Rx for the first time!!
