    Felt easy

    Then we did a KB Cycle
    10 Kb snatches each arm
    10 around the world
    10 alt single arm kb swings
    10 kb swings
    10 kb squats

    25# kb for snatches; 35# for everything else
    (I hate kb snatches)

    So glad I didn’t go the day before it was Karen and then Annie
