    Shoulder felt wobbly during the set of 15 OHS, so I decided not to do the set of 10. Got the 10 burpees done with about 30 seconds left. Will definitely redo this one when my shoulder is truly 100% again!

    PART 1: CAP + 44 RX TOES TO RINGS
    PART 2: CAP + 5 MOD 52# OHS

    YUCK! That was awful! Only 1 minute of rest made that extra toasty.

    Part 1: cap + 44 reps.. did toes to rings, 30 of those is no joke

    Part 2: cap + 12.. OHS felt pretty good but could not get any faster at them.
