    For me..heavy choice for the OHS and Thrusters. Too heavy for the cleans (90%). I don’t know what I was thinking..

    Was able to do thrusters in two sets each round so I was happy with that!

    20:20… went real light today. Didn’t feel stable in overhead squays, thrusters felt like I was lifting the world. Did mod plus with purple band and dips with red band. Arms were blown up. Great WOD though.

    First MU’s post-surgery. Felt good!

  7. Did this one at home during Emory’s naptime in 9000% humidity.
    23:54 Rx! Spent majority of time on MU. First time doing MU in an MP WOD and first time doing them at home. Need to stop chicken-winging!
