Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes add 5 seconds to:

Plank Hold

(Start with 5 seconds hold, 55 seconds rest)

    3,4&5th round 5 hspu
    Want to redo and get 7 hspu on every round

    Planks were SO BAD!!

    Core:
    Good plank thru 55 second hold. Had to drop for a couple of seconds on the last hold. :/
    Need more plank work!
