It was only a 2 second PR, but my old time was from a different location, with an easier run. So harder run and getting back from shoulder surgery, I will take it!

On further examination, I am really pleased with my time! My PR was from almost 9 years ago!! So at 43, I beat my 34 year old self! I’ll take the 2 seconds!!
