Also did 10 burpees each round mid run at the top of the hill
153 scaled with 75# OHS
rowed 500m instead of run
Or 5 complete rounds and just the row in the 6th
Got to 6 PLU in round of 16
Only mod purple banded dips
Did 1200 bike instead of run bc of rain
