Due to shoulder rehab:
I did regular PU instead of HRPU.
I did blue banded shoulder presses instead of HSPU.
I did Safety Squat Bar squats (130) instead of cleans. Used the same percentage of BSQ as that of the clean.
That many squats is SO much worse than pwr cleans!!
