*must clean bar from ground and place in the back rack position

Olympic Wall Squat – 2:00

Middle Split – 1:30

Side Straddle – 1:00/side

Twisted Cross – 1:00/side

    I don’t remember my time. I think it was around 18:45

    Got through half the rounds with weight. Had to switch to bodyweight because my knee was bothering me.
