Turner Falls and Tough Mudder = Fun weekend!

 

Conditioning:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10-minutes of:

3 Burpee-Box-Overs

3 Deadlifts (225/155)

6 Burpee-Box-Overs

6 Deadlifts

9 Burpee-Box-Overs

9 Deadlifts

…etc, adding 3 reps to each exercise every round

    Part 2: I lost count of everything and only back squated 125 lbs.

    Part 2: 26 HSPU, 152 dubs, 188# BS (94% 1RM)

  6. WOD 1 82 scaled with 165# for 53%
    WOD 2 26 hspu, 117 dubs, 255# bsq for 94%

  7. Part 1: through 8 DL of 15 so 83 reps at 58% 1rm
    Part 2: 20 hspu, 90 DU and 155# 95% 1rm 265 reps total
