Made it thru ~300m/400m run of rd 3 – rough 2nd day back

First real class for me today. Finished 2 rounds – not great but I didn’t die. Need to work on my Snatches and C&J’s! 33# Thruster, 43# Snatch, 53# C&J Thanks for all your support guys, that helped me get through it!!
