    thruster 95#, snatch 115#, C&J 135#

  2. First real class for me today. Finished 2 rounds – not great but I didn’t die. Need to work on my Snatches and C&J’s! 33# Thruster, 43# Snatch, 53# C&J Thanks for all your support guys, that helped me get through it!!

    Still working the Snatch form reboot to not pull from the floor. 63# felt heavy.
    Changing the weights seem to take a lot of time.

  6. 29:00, mod: 63/78/108#, jumping MU on 30” box with 15# plate. Time to start progressing those more and working drills. Last time I did this wod I was 7 months pregnant so I definitely did better today lol 😉
