    Cleans felt light, I may have to set a new PR on 1 rep max cleans. Elbows were fast and really focused and getting under the bar.

  8. 18:48, 93# (64%), 1 ab mat for hspu. Strict Hspu are getting better. Felt like I could have done heavier on the weight. Liked this wod.
