8:10 maybe? Didn’t count burpees. Did a lot of them.
No clue on CWOD time. 27 or 28 minutes maybe?
Worked on bringing knees to chest on box jumps instead of swinging my feet out. Worked on butterfly plu during CWOD and did 5-4 first round, 5-4 second round, 5-3-1 last round.
