Mod: Jumping MU – started off with a 24″ box+35# plate, did 6, then D said they were getting sloppy so I moved to a 30″ to finish up. Otherwise, Rx. Those 83# OHS in the end were just terrible.
MU are a rollercoaster. Baby steps vs bad habits.
