    The order I did was:
    HSPU-HRPU-Clean-HRPU-SU
    Rd1: 10-5-10-10-25
    Rd2: 10-6-10-9-25
    Rd3: 5-7-10-8-25
    Rd4: 0-8-10-7-25
    Rd5: 0-9-10-6-0

    Felt like my pace was good. Rowed a 3:30 first 1k, and 3:42 second.

    SWOD:
    Work quality getting under bar. Due to shoulder, I haven’t done heavy snatches in a while. And doing them after this WOD was not gonna happen.

  15. NTFS: I broke this up into 5 rounds. Should have split the HRPUs into 10 parts to minimize breaks.
