Felt like my pace was good. Rowed a 3:30 first 1k, and 3:42 second.
SWOD:
Work quality getting under bar. Due to shoulder, I haven’t done heavy snatches in a while. And doing them after this WOD was not gonna happen.
NTFS: I broke this up into 5 rounds. Should have split the HRPUs into 10 parts to minimize breaks.
