    25:28 scaled with 105 snatch and 30″ box jump or “bj” as some of our members would say. TTB and V ups were gettin pretty ugly later in the rounds.
    Hit a 37″ jump tonite for practice and as Grant pointed out, the last time we did this I hit a 30″ for the first time.

  11. 23:20, mod 73#. 8 seconds slower than last year, but considering that this is the most core I’ve done since having my core cut in half I’m pretty happy. That last part is always sneaky tough. Went light to work on form, but weightwise I think I could have probably done more.
