    S&M: 24:14, my weights 95#, 110#, 120#
    Both of us used heavier weights this time and were 1:50 faster.
    But we didn’t do those horrible 20# VBall throws this time. Regular WB.

    Stayed after and worked cleans. 165#. Pretty happy to finally hit that.

    23:14 with Becca our weights were 73#, 100#, 118#. A little slower than in January but lifted a little heavier
