Both of us used heavier weights this time and were 1:50 faster.
But we didn’t do those horrible 20# VBall throws this time. Regular WB.

I did a few reps of 295# after the WOD just to get under some heavy weight. Stayed in my nanos. I could tell the diff from my lifters!
