    CWOD: 110 rx – could’ve kept going as I finished 10 with time left, but my right shoulder had some shooting pain in it with the KB swings so I gave up before really hurting myself.

    Stayed behind with AL and worked gymnasty stuff. Both got a couple of laps of 10 meters – good job Ally for hitting your first goal of 2018!!! Working negatives on HSPU and strict. Gotta work on this more, my upper body strength is lacking….
