    need to work on kipping ring mu’s, gotta stop doing a strict variation

  4. 18.3 Rx, tiebreak 6:16. Practiced kipping on rings with excellent coaching from Jaime-very helpful. Got 84 unbroken dubs, beating my previous PR by 22 reps! Excited about that.
