Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

15 Burpees

12 Body-weight Back Squats*

9 Toes-2-Bar

*Rx is no racks. Bar must be brought from the ground, and placed on your back.

 

Flexibility/Mobility:

Couch Stretch – 1:30/side

Spine Smash – 2:00

Olympic Wall Squat – 2:00

    Scaled the crappies. Rough one.

  9. 195 @ 123 (ummmm not my body weight) roughly 75% of my Clean and Jerk.

    Those squats got toasty after the core got rocked sandwiched between the T2B and crappies…
