  2. 9 rds + 1 squat snatch. 80% snatch weight used (68#)… it isn’t much but it’s what I need to focus on more.
    Arms are jello but awesome workout!

  5. 241 (7+3) @ 73#. This was a good weight for me to focus on form and getting under the bar in the squat. Liked the mix of strength and cardio in this one.
