Every minute on the minute perform*:

1 Overhead Squat (65/45)

1 Toes-2-Bar

1 Burpee-Over-Bar

2 Double Unders

 

For score

*Each minute add 1 OHS, 1 T2B, 1 BOB, 2 DU, until failure or 8:00 cap. If cap is reached, perform max rep DU’s until time expires.

    Like Supergirl..lacked 2 dubs in round 6. Was able to complete on next attempt.

    Worked snatch today.

    CWOD. Failed in the 5 round
    Swod. 3 @ 205. 90%. Need to bring feet in a bit to allow the knees to track out better.

    Big congrats to Matt for getting his first muscle up. Dude has definitely put in the work!

    SWOD: 3 @ 108 (95%)

    Way to go Matt Wrobleski for his first (then another 1-2) muscle up!!

  6. CWOD failed in rd 5, scaled with 55# ohs
