Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Power Snatches (95/65)

10 Overhead Lunges*

5 Pull-ups

*Lunges use the same bar as the snatches

 

Flexibility/Mobility:

Barbell Shoulder Smash – 1:30/side

Overhead Distraction w/ External Bias – 1:30/side

Eye of the Needle – 1:30/side

    5 or 6 rounds. Not sure.
    Lift makes me feel mentally exhausted.
    Push the bar through the ceiling. Elbows under the shoulders

    95 reps at 53#. That was tough.

    Worked on good form and doing each movement unbroken.

  4. 97 reps at 48#. That was much tougher than it looked on paper.
    Tried to work form and did each movement set unbroken-still have a long way to go.

    That was a grip killer!

    Did the snatch warm-up with every class and when I did WOD. That was pretty exhausting in its self. haha

    Everyone did great working on the receiving position for the power snatches!

    NTFS: tried to focus on squeezing during the triple extension.
    That was grip intense…. wasn’t expecting that
