    CWOD: made it through 2 PLU in 2nd round. Blue band.
    SWOD: 133# (up 15# from last time, but 10# PR)

    Front squat – 155#. Up 5# from the board. still down 13# from lifetime pr. I’m just in a funk lately and have lost a lot of strength.

  6. CWOD: 2 rds and thru 200m run of 3rd. Landed on my back jumping for the pull up bar, pride is a little sore after that wod.

    Swod. 240. 5# Pr Focus on pulling up and back. There’s more there but legs are dead from the week and knee is over cooked. Need to be smarter.
