If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:

13 squat cleans, 185 / 115 lb.
If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bar
50 double-unders
11 squat cleans, 225 / 145 lb.
If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
25 toes-to-bar
50 double-unders
9 squat cleans, 275 / 175 lb.

NTFS: changed my own weights (T2B were not your friend)
256 reps Rx at 20 minute cap. Was moving at the speed of molasses on the first round and lacked 4 cleans at 4 minute cap. But got 3 cleans at 145, which is only 5# less than my 1RM so I gusss I can be happy with that.
89 reps scaled, so 1 rep shy of next rd at 4 minute mark. 261 reps at 20 min cap scaled with 95#, 115#, 135# and 3 to 1 jr.
