Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes perform:

1 Power Clean (95% 1RM)

10m Sprint

3 Chest-2-Bar Pull-ups

10m Sprint

2 Burpees*

 

For Score

*On last minute, perform as many burpees as possible. Last minute burpee count is score.

 

Flexibility:

15 Front Leg Swings/leg

Olympic Wall Squat – 2:00

15 Side Leg Swings/leg

15 Sit-ups to Pike

Pike stretch – 2:00

    CWOD: 143# (only 87% as not to sacrifice form)

  5. 110# Bench Press (5# PR)
    CWOD: 103# (coach said to go 75% for a more efficient workout)
    15 burpees.
    Was practicing muscle-ups after class and felt a big pop in my hamstring. Hoping I didn’t hurt myself.

    275#
    Right shoulder felt a little funky so I didn’t push 100%

    CWOD:
    18 burpees
    PC @ 245#

    Warmed up to 275#, but I warmed up too fast, and failed round 1, so I dropped to 245
    Percentage for this WOD should be 85%, not 95. And no bench press before, focus on Clean warmup.

    SWOD: 250# (5# PR)
    CWOD: 19 burpees. 235# (85.5%) for the power clean.

    WOD 2: team “Sundell”
    Just made up some stuff and had fun with it. Changed reps in middle of workout.

    Worked muscle ups. Trying to be more consistent.

    Bench press felt good. Knew I was doing Upper Body for modified WOD. Did not ball out on bench press.

  10. SWOD: 215 lbs (10 lbs PR since October)
    CWOD: 15
    Scaled weight on Clean to 44 lbs to rest back. Worked fast elbows.
