    Just did a little jumping rope with the ladies at 6:30. It may or may not have been on health zones dollar.
    5:37. Almost went unbroken. Only caught going from speed skips back to singles.

  4. Lots of singles. Hit the cap on the CWOD at 15 push presses into the 4th. Started off rx, had to scale it to 75# push press half way thru the 3rd round of 20.

    Only 1 second off my PR. I broke intentionally a few times. Totally not saying I could have gone unbroken, because I would not have. Tried new rope. Wasn’t crazy about handles, so I changed them out afterwards; but I did like the rope.

    Tried staying consistent through each round. I slowed about 15 seconds per round.

    Legs are still toast from yesterday!!

    Did strict shoulder press on round 1 instead of push press…. not good
