Just did a little jumping rope with the ladies at 6:30. It may or may not have been on health zones dollar.

Only 1 second off my PR. I broke intentionally a few times. Totally not saying I could have gone unbroken, because I would not have. Tried new rope. Wasn’t crazy about handles, so I changed them out afterwards; but I did like the rope.
