Also stepped over bar on burpees. Hip still can’t handle the jumping yet.

Modified MU with Purple. Did 2 with red to warm up.

However…I forgot the last 200 meter run..which must be because after the last 10 Burpees all I wanted to do was sit down…and so i didn’t wanna be lazy sitting there so I added the weight on my bar…and then got up and went right into those C&J’s. Brain fart
