    CWOD: 2 rounds: 10:25 (I believe) Rx. Bradley and I finished at the same time.
    Strength: 1 Rep SQ Snatch: up to 145 / 1 Rep C&J: up to 205 / 3 Rep PP: up to 175 / 1 rep FSQ: up to 275 all working form

    Did 2 rounds with lifting crew, 9:18 Rx

    Worked:
    Snatch 2-2-2-1-1-1, 55-85% (125-175#)
    C & J 7×1, 55-85% (155-235#), but made a calculating error and actually did (175-265#)
    Push Press 4×3, 60-75% (175-205)

    Really enjoying the Mobility/Flexibility work. Way overdue!

    D & T. Came to get a light lift in. 2 hours later just flat exhausted. Look at MM post and add some time and reduce some weights. About right. Polished off huge burritos at El Tequila so feel good about the day.
