7 GHD Sit-ups

9 Box Jumps (37/30″)

5 Deadlifts (275/185)

7 Handstand Push-ups

9 Bar-Over-Burpees

30 meters Fat Bar front rack walking lunges (130/90)

150 Double Unders

30 Toes-2-Bar

    47:23, usual mods but skipped the lunges and did PVC form work on snatch and squats for box jumps

    Happy Birthday Jana! This WOD lived up to its name, even with all my mods! 🙂

    58 or 59 minutes. Didn’t keep track of reps.
    63# snatch, 173# DL, 24 inch box jumps, and hspus w/ 1 ab mat

    Just as painful as last year, but with some improvements!

    CWOD:
    AMRAP 1: 4 +17 = 101 reps Rx+ at 135# (3 rep improvement at higher weight)
    AMRAP 2: 4 +16 = 100 reps Rx (2 rep improvement)
    Total reps = 201 (5 rep improvement)
    Time – 45:23 (1:43 slower)
    I felt that the time was slower and I could have got more reps of AMRAP’s, but the fact that last year we only had 5 people at this WOD, and this year we had 16, things and stations were much more chaotic. However, we had a blast, and got a great WOD in!!

    I got more reps in the AMRAP bus slower on the chipper….hmmmm
