    CWod. See above. 14 reps better than with BW a month ago and same as PR with Ape two times ago.
    Last 2 rounds were done fully inside the pain cave.
    SWod. 3 @ 275 92%. Couldn’t get out of the cave.

    Need to start working on kipping motion. Keep arms straight on cleans until about mid-thigh, work on getting under the bar quickly and fast elbows.
