MP CrossFit will be closed on Memorial Day.

We will be joining Vertical Fitness for a WOD at 0900.

While working on pistols, perform:

    Don’t know if I’m coming in today since it’s not a partner WOD. Too many epic team names were created yesterday at competitors class to even compete against as a single person.
