Watch for flying Jenga blocks. Helmets should probably have been recommended.
Also, like one million Burpees and Volleyball throws in the 0530 class.
Agreed! Never knew about flying blocks until John came!
Manny, heard about the full-contact version of Jenga during the 0530. Not naming any names ahem…Schumer. Ha!
Partnered with Katie and we never knocked it down for the entire 35min! We did do 88 burpees though and about a million VB throws.
My DU are getting much easier for me!
This was sooo fun! A great pre-comp wod for me too as we went very lightweight and used the 10# WB.
Was a fun WOD today! Not sure how many burpees but it was in the 50-60 range. Seemed like a lot of DU’s and running . Partnered with The Machine!
WOD’d with the noon class. Balboa, we did 60 burpees. Partnered with Speedy. We rocked the WOD. Strong work Speedy!
That was a fun WOD!!
Thanks Coach. I may have pushed the game over and accidentally caught it!
Naturally the night I show up for evening class for a partner WOD no one is there. Jeff got there after jimmy had put all the Jenga stuff away and we did MPCF Board WOD “running burpees.” 16:34 Rx (I think that was the time). Good WOD.
