    Got caught up on all 125 Burpees in the Burpee circle.
    Jimmy almost ripped my arms off my body while he was “working on my shoulder mobility”… Apparently my mobility sucks.
    Me and Bradley went for a mile run on the MP course after class.
    Eventful Saturday, I’m exhausted.

    That last 600m was ROUGH!
