  1. Hit up the 5:30am class, thought it would be a good idea to get a WOD in before my body was awake and knew what was happening.

    Just did a nice easy rowing helen to get over the suck that was 16.5

    LaFortune is up this afternoon!
    Good Luck to anyone doing or re-doing the open WOD.

    Had to work late and got to the gym just in time to do the WOD cold and submit my score with less than a minute to spare. That was among the more terrible things of life.
