8 Bar-Facing-Burpees

25-ft Overhead Walking Lunges

8 Chest-2-Bar Pull-ups

    234 reps, that was 13 reps better.
    However, I need to find a way to be faster, legally and ethically that is. 🙂

    SWOD:
    work up to a heave snatch pull + squat snatch
    115# that is a PR!!!

    CWOD:
    12 min AMRAP of 44DU, 8 PS @ 65#, 44 DU, 10 PS, 44 DU 12 PS, increase PS by two every set

    got 8 PS of the 18 PS’s
    And I am TOAST!
