  7. SWOD: lost balance at top of 2nd rep @103, then ran out of time because apparently Jana and I talk too much.
    CWOD: 11:08 with 103#…back spasms set in at beginning of round of 15. Due to this, I was only able to do to deadlifts two at a time, so really slowed me down
    Part 2:5:46. Again with the spasms.

    • It was AWESOME lifting with you K. we had great convo, we caught up, your shoes are amazing, you taught me how to do simple 3rd grade math, oh…and I ran out of time and I only got to 80% at 116# for 3 reps. Could have done more if Coach had not programmed the “deux”
