    CWOD: 30:08. Mods: strict PU red/blue bands, S2OH in place of HSPU.

    29:42; mods: red/purple banded PLU on half and green band on other half. Working banded PLU instead of kip to get stronger. Also HSPU mod with 1 ab mat and towel on half and 2 ab mats on half, FS @ 68#
    This was tough!! Good one!

    27:58. Moded ring rows, GHD, and back squat to protect the shoulder.

    32.20. Rx. Rushed into last set of HSPU and failed on rep 6 or would of reached goal of going unbroken. Need to be smarter next time. And that was brutal. Shoulders are toast.

    Second time doing C2B in a WOD. Started to rip and lost about a minute to put on tape straps. Still ended up ripping in three places. That was tough.
