Bar situation was a little tight so I did 50# on front squat and push press instead of 53.
Hands are pretty ripped up, so focused on slow, strict PLU with bigger band
I did Fittest WOD 2 and 2.2 today. 113# 1-rep clean-thruster-jerk, 26 reps squat clean thrusters in 4 minutes. Brutal.
I repeated Fittest in OK WOD 3
