Mod: HSPU kicked up and went down 1-2″…slowly but surely…making progress. Happy that I did K2B each round without having to move to the GHD machine.

Tried a 20 lb wall ball. That was tough.
Lola. 12:47. Almost a 2:00 Pr. Got to learn to pace on this one. Next time need to go 7-7-6 on k2e on the first round. Try to hold that throughout.

Lola: 19:33 Rx. I was so slow my rope gave up on me before I could finish. That was an ugly welcome back.
