Sprints: got up to 10.0 but couldn’t sustain it for the last 400m. Need to practice more sprinting.
Score 74; mods 42# snatch, red&purple band; (this was hard after sprints)
For a 6min WOD that was brutal 🙂

Did 6 sets instead of 4, needed to cover more mileage. Kinda feel bad that I tricked Janimal into doing 6. 🙂
I knew I read the board right….you took advantage if my inability to retain what I just read deficit…you are so in time out
WOD 1: 90 banded PU, 31#. I can’t follow directions either and just now realized I was doing 8 burpees instead of 6.
WOD 2: 8.8, 8.9, 9.0, 9.1
When you read wrong, always go low not high.
We just double checked. 12-8-6 was right on the board and for Fittest in OK, just wrong on the websight.
