  4. Partnered with Courtnie. 17:11. Mod:blue banded PLU/red banded dips for MU. Courtnie did single unders and modified pistols.
    She had to leave but my solo lift was 83#. First time to lift more than 42# from a power snatch in three weeks because of my hamstring. Hopefully on the mend.
