SWOD: worked form on snatch. Need to work on extension and not yanking off the ground (and thus causing my arms to pull too early).

Why does c2b form come and go? I felt like an electrocuted fish flopping around today.
I have no idea. ONe month I will have them, and then six months later its like I Have never done them before.
