    those KB lunges were tough on my shoulders but we got through them!

    Got 125# in the time allotted and then coach put me in a head lock and then I rocked out 135#….so I think 135# counts considering I was physically assaulted beforehand! 🙂

  3. 26:02 on the WOD with John Boone. We used a 35# plate for burpees.
    108# on the lift if the only standard for a snatch is that it doesn’t touch the body on the way up…..super ugly

    Weight total was 161#. 78# for me 83# for her.

    83# for me and $78# for Tara for 161# total. Last one was ugly and I had to do 4 squats because the first two weren’t low enough.
