CWOD: 56:29 Rx – that got really hot and tiring

Holy poop! I am smoked. That was a grueling WOD. I am totally shocked I had a 1:19 PR! That is with me 10-15 lbs heavier now.
We had a great group this morning! Way to go everyone. Strong work.

56 something. Only did the wall about 2 times and 5 rds instead of 10 after the mile run

Ran 9.5 miles before workout.
54:39. 4 miles and 640 ft of elevation by my watch. Did the high wall for about 9 total rounds. That was awful. I am the most sore today from Friday and Saturday workouts that I have been in a long time.
On another note, this makes my first week ever to Crossfit 5x.
Congrats on 5x this week.
Maybe next time don’t run before, and maybe you can do the wall all rounds. 🙂
