*WOD instructions:

These reps are equal work. Only one athlete working at a time. Perform each exercise in it’s entirety before moving to next. If you complete all reps before 6-minute cap is reached, start over at the top of that AMRAP. During the 1-minute rest, strip the bar of unneeded weights for next AMRAP. For same gender partner groups, use one bar. For mixed gender, use one bar for female, and one bar for male.

    Partnered with Andrew. We both did the wod Rx.
    Part 1 1 round + Andrew through 5 c2b = 155.
    Part 2. 2 rounds even = 120
    Part 3 2 rounds even = 60
    Total = 335

    Had a lower total this time around but had modified every lift 25 to 35 lbs and every movement including wall balls last time. Will have to keep Andrew as my partner next time to pull me through HSPU and MU.

    Round 1: 1 round + 29 WBS = 149
    Round 2: 2 rounds + 10 hang pwr cleans = 130
    Round 3: 2 rounds + 1 muscle up and 4 ring rows = 83

    Total: 363

    Part 1. 1 round + 3 DL. Mod 133#. Rx c2b.
    Part 2. 1 round + 52. Mod 63# & ab mat.
    Part 3. 1 round + 9 ring dips short of full round. Mod ohs 53# and MU.

    93+112+57= 262.

    Janimal had mods due to acute injured shoulder:
    Deadlift round 1 Rx, rd 2 dropped to 93
    Did first 15 c2b Rx, but start of 2nd rd shoulder hurt, no c2b
